Meet the founder
Kapil is a qualified early childhood teacher with experience in disability support. Through his work, he saw how much a patient, encouraging and respectful support person can change someone’s day, and their confidence.
He started Elite Care Solutions to offer the kind of support he’d want for his own family. That means support that’s warm and dependable, and that always puts the person first. Kapil is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business and is happy to chat with you personally about your needs.
